Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sports Agent located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sports Agent will manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and represent athletes’ interests in professional engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing teams playing in the top level of European Football and providing career advisory services. The role also involves collaborating with team stakeholders and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Expertise and passion for Football and Sports Management

Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to manage negotiations and build relationships

Team Leadership experience to coordinate efforts and support athletes effectively

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, and challenging environment

Knowledge of industry regulations, especially FIFA guidelines, is a plus.
