About the Role
We are hiring an experienced and highly professional Senior Fitness Coach for our premium fitness studio. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in personal training, client handling, and transformation programs, with the ability to deliver a world-class training experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Training & Coaching
Conduct one-on-one and small-group training sessions.
Design customized workout programs based on client goals.
Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure proper form.
Track client progress and adjust plans accordingly.
Client Experience & Retention
Deliver a premium, high-touch client experience.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction.
Provide guidance on lifestyle, recovery, and goal setting.
Assessments & Programming
Conduct fitness assessments including mobility, posture, and body composition.
Prepare structured strength, conditioning, and transformation-based programs.
Nutrition & Lifestyle Support
Offer basic nutrition advice aligned with client goals.
Guide clients on habit-building, recovery, and overall wellness.
Studio Standards & Professionalism
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.
Follow studio guidelines, SOPs, and safety standards.
Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and high service quality at all times.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with studio managers and other coaches.
Participate in workshops, events, and member engagement activities.
Support new member onboarding when required.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience as a fitness coach / personal trainer.
Certification from ACE / NASM / ISSA / K11 or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, and conditioning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work morning / evening shifts based on client demand.
CPR or first-aid certification is a plus.
