Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop strong pipelines of IT talent through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
• Handle job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
