Our team is seeking a highly skilled IT Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process. This is a remote position that requires expertise in US IT recruitment, with a proven track record of placing candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop strong pipelines of IT talent through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Handle job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
At least 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.Familiarity with hiring for TCS Implementation.In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with popular job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Must own a reliable laptop and have a stable internet connection.Must be comfortable working on Zoom video calls during working hours.
