The Role

We have a need for fast learning writers with a developer's mindset, who are going to work alongside Engineering teams primarily, and also collaborate with L&D and TA. They will create accurate content for internal and external developers, write end-to-end product documentation, and produce engaging technical papers, blogs, etc., which will help encourage developers to write more actively. Additionally, this will provide relevant content for talent engagement through articles on Medium / Linkedin, etc.

They will work alongside L&D to fill the technical product training gaps; the material will be useful for onboarding new employees too.

Responsibilities

• Identify all important components of the product and related APIs.
• Document accurately such that other developers can use them more effectively.
• Analyze potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders, across different time zones, to create and maintain high quality technical content.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in content while adhering to the internal style guide and industry standard practices.
• Adapt to evolving content needs, formats, and cross-functional requirements to produce high quality blogs, technical papers, white papers, training and tutorials, and more.
