Role & responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing Customer complaint across all PLs / All location (Home Electrical)
- Responsible for Driving RCA and corrective action across all PLs
- Work with Plan Quality Heads and Vendor Quality Heads of PL (Home Electricals)and drive improvement actions
- Drive QA Initiatives PFMEA / DFMEA / Control Plans and
- Horizontal deployment of the actions and the lesson learnt across all manufacturing locations
- Process standardization Deploy the key SOPs Quality control plans, for critical processes to ensure uniformity
- Audit Management – Manage corporate Quality audits at defines frequency and address all non conformities
- Drive Key improvement projects – Analyze the data of CoPQ and PPR – identify key projects and drive the same across manufacturing locations
