Summary :

With ServiceNow as our global platform, we are committed to continuous improvement, optimizing system functionality, and enhancing the user experience.

This role plays a key part in analyzing root causes of system issues, identifying solutions, and preventing future occurrences. You will report to our ERP Business Process manager.

Responsibilities :

Business Analysis & Process Improvement :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, develop, and document business requirements, objectives, and system specifications.
• Analyze existing systems and processes, leveraging data insights to recommend improvements.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals and drive efficiency.
