Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections module, including dunning strategies, scoring engines, collector work areas, and promise-to-pay functionalities.
Perform hands-on configurations within Fusion, develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, utilize FBDI for data loads, and implement extensions using Visual Builder or Page Composer.
Integrate Advanced Collections workflows with Oracle Receivables (AR) and troubleshoot production issues efficiently.
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP Web Services integrations to support collections processes.
Collaborate with business users to gather detailed requirements, perform gap analysis, and design techno-functional solutions to meet business needs.
Provide ongoing support and issue resolution related to collections workflows and integrations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
Document functional and technical specifications and provide training or guidance as & Skills :
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, specifically in the Advanced Collections module.
Strong functional understanding of collections concepts such as dunning strategies, scoring engines, collector work areas, and promise-to-pay.
Hands-on experience with Fusion configurations, BI Publisher reporting, FBDI, and Oracle
Visual Builder / Page Composer extensions.
Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP Web Services for integrations.
Proven troubleshooting skills for production support and collections workflows.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical and
functional solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between business and technical Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Oracle Fusion certification in Advanced Collections or related modules.
