We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales professional to lead real estate sales initiatives. This role combines international real estate sales , channel partner network , and event management activities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, an established network of international channel partners (brokers, agents, investment firms), and experience in planning and executing international sales and marketing events.
Role
- Drive international sales of residential real estate projects.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and real estate agents across key international markets.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Build strong relationships with global channel partners to maximize lead generation and deal closures.
- Plan and manage international real estate exhibitions, conference, and investment seminars.
- Represent the company at global expos, networking events, and property showcases.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure high-impact branding and presentation during international events.
Qualification
3+ years of sales experience in high-end industries, including luxury inhouse real estate with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth.Demonstrated success in managing and growing international channel partner networks.Experience organizing and executing international marketing / sales events.Strong understanding of global property markets trends and updatesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel frequently for business development and events.
