We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales professional to lead real estate sales initiatives. This role combines international real estate sales, channel partner network, and event management activities.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, an established network of international channel partners (brokers, agents, investment firms), and experience in planning and executing international sales and marketing events.Role- Drive international sales of residential real estate projects.- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and real estate agents across key international markets.- Create and execute go-to-market strategies.- Build strong relationships with global channel partners to maximize lead generation and deal closures.- Plan and manage international real estate exhibitions, conference, and investment seminars.- Represent the company at global expos, networking events, and property showcases.- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure high-impact branding and presentation during international events.Qualification- 3+ years of sales experience in high-end industries, including luxury inhouse real estate with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth.- Demonstrated success in managing and growing international channel partner networks.- Experience organizing and executing international marketing / sales events.- Strong understanding of global property markets trends and updates- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Willingness to travel frequently for business development and events.
