Job descriptionSAP Solution Architect with 15+ years of SAP and 4-5 years of industry experience, possessing expert-level knowledge of a primary process area and integrations with other process streams. Several years of experience in the SAP environment as an Architect, Lead Consultant, or Project Manager. A solid understanding of at least one industry domain and complete value chain, with experience executing multiple SAP engagements in that industry. Lead SAP adoption initiatives in the context of Digital Transformation, demonstrating the business value at each stage of the customer journey. Lead large strategic SAP transformation deals with a global scope, taking end-to-end responsibility for SAP solutioning, working with SMEs across multiple geographies. Drive solution strategy by collaborating with account teams, sales, and partners to shape deals aligned with competitive scenarios and client priorities. Defend developed solutions and offerings internally at the BU / MU / SBU level. Plan, lead, and present solutions in client meetings, orals, and workshops. Interact with customers to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions and methodologies. Drive innovation and transformation agendas in large existing accounts, ensuring delivery and solution assurance. Provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements. Drive performance evaluation, feedback, and correction processes in collaboration with delivery managers. Guide, develop, and mentor a team of SMEs, continuously enhancing solutioning capabilities, improvements, industrialization, reusability, and automation.
Primary Skills :
- 15-20 years of SAP solution and delivery experience with a functional background.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of the main SAP processes (modules), including deltas for S / 4HANA.
- Solid understanding of the entire logistics and / or financial process, and SAP configuration.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in enterprises and their mapping in SAP S / 4HANA.
- Global implementation experience (Template Design / Build, Global Roll-Out).
- Knowledge and experience of working in agile methodologies for design and build.
- Expert understanding of Greenfield / Brownfield (System Conversion), Architecture, Configuration, management, and day-to-day operation of SAP S / 4HANA environments.
- Experience integrating SAP ERP solutions with both SAP and Non-SAP solutions in respective process areas.
- Industry knowledge / sector expertise in Manufacturing, Auto, Retail, CPG, Lifesciences, or Oil & Gas is a plus.
- Ability to understand business needs, articulate them in business language, and translate solution / technology propositions into business value.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in SAP / enterprise space and the partner ecosystem, in line with evolving market dynamics.
- SAP S / 4HANA Certifications in core areas preferred.
- Experienced in multi-cultural, multi-location, distributed global delivery setups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong capabilities in people management and stakeholder management.
- Experience representing the practice / organization in industry events and forums.
