Transformational Manufacturing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Transformational Manufacturing Expert . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry.

As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise to front office client engagements and advising clients on best-of-breed solutions from process and technology standpoint. Your ability to strategize and deliver process and IT technology transformational initiatives via consulting skills will be essential in helping grow and expand existing client engagements within the following industries : Auto, Aero, Industrial Machinery, Electrical Equipment's, Farm Equipment's, Construction, Heavy Equipment's, Power Generation etc.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Providing business value leadership to engagements via consulting skills.
• Leading and helping shape solution approaches and design.
• Ensuring delivery oversight and governance.
• Executing large-scale transformational engagements from Leadership perspective and / or SME perspective.

To be successful, you should have a strong background in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry, hands-on experience in PLM tools, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
