Qualifications :
- Graduated from Textile or Industrial Engineering departments
- Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, quality, and workshop performance management systems
- Proficient in workshop and line setup in multi - category product categories, with the competence to decide on producing the right product in the right workshop
- Skilled in risk assessment, capable of anticipating and directing potential or existing defects in garment production
- Strong communication skills
- Customer- and result-oriented
- Able to build performance- and success-oriented teams
- Possesses an analytical and strategic perspective
Job Description :
Establishing quality standards in line with local legal regulations and LC Waikiki’s social compliance standards, with the aim of delivering products of the required quality for target customers in the responsible product groupsReviewing and evaluating products left from the inspection process from the consumer’s perspective, and making decisions on whether to proceed with commercial shipment or repairEnsuring that for models given commercial approval, customer returns are monitored and necessary actions are taken regarding commercial approval processesPreparing reports and conducting risk assessments for improvement areas related to commercially approved models, and holding feedback meetings with relevant departmentsCoordinating with Buyers or Garment Technologists in cases where commercial decision-making on models requires such evaluation, and ensuring that the commercial decision is finalized within the targeted dates and timelines
