In-app merchandiser

Role Overview :

Spencer’s Retail, part of the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, is a leading multi-format retailer with a strong presence in food and grocery. As we expand our quick commerce platform, Jiffy , we are looking for an In-App Merchandiser to support merchandising execution, improve customer engagement, and optimize the shopping experience. Major Roles & Responsibilities

Manage in-app customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.

Execute in-app marketing plans, category promotions, and campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Work on product catalog listing, updating, and optimization for discoverability and conversions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (category, sourcing, marketing) for timely execution.

Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with category teams to prevent shortages.

Track and analyze performance data, reporting key insights on engagement, conversion, and campaigns.

What we are looking for :

1-5 Years of experience in site merchandising or related field.

Basic understanding of online merchandising, promotions, and customer behavior.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Important Note :

Candidates applying for the Bangalore location must be open to relocating to Kolkata for the initial 3 months of training and team integration.
