We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Executive – Merchandising to support emerging brands in our portfolio.

About the Role

As a Merchandising Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the product lifecycle—from concept to shelf. You’ll work across multiple brands, ensuring each product meets our standards of quality, innovation, and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end merchandising operations for apparel across various brands.

Lead product costing : fabric consumption analysis, trim planning, and pricing strategies.

Oversee sampling and production timelines to ensure brand alignment and timely execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for documentation, approvals, and delivery tracking.

Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, Business, or related field.

3–8 years of experience in apparel merchandising.

Proficiency in PLM systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
