Role : Client Success Executive

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 2-3 Years of full time Client success / servicing & digital operations experience with a Digital Agency or with a Publisher / Platform

Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Experience : Minimum 2 year of full-time experience in Client Servicing ( Media or Digital Agency)

Headline :

This role would champion the success of Brand Partners looking to do precision targeting & engagement of millions of parents in the parentune community.

Shortlisting criteria :

At least 2 years of experience at a Digital Agency or a Digital Publisher

Note : This is a full time role based out of Gurgaon

As a Client Success Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding and driving Brands' (Brand Partners) objectives on parentune. You will collaborate with Brand leaders, Digital Marketing Heads and Brand Agency Heads to pursue the Brand partners’ priorities effectively and garner renewals from the Brands with your superior delivery, sharp insights & prompt servicing. You will ensure that our Brand Partners thrive, their brands flourish, and their loyalty & preference for parentune grows stronger. You would be making this possible with your can-do attitude, analytical skills & insightful presentations. A minimum experience of 2 years in a Client Servicing role for a Digital Agency or a Digital platform is the bare minimum ask for this role. 🌟

Responsibilities :

Brand Renewal Mastery

  • Conduct the Client campaigns to garner superior results for their Brands & initiatives
  • Craft persuasive, insightful & compelling presentations that resonate with Brand’s essence
  • Collaborate with the team internally to ensure Client’s Success followed by their renewal

Campaign Execution, Optimisation

  • Mix potions of data, creativity, and strategy to optimize the campaign
  • Ensure timely deliveries—with a sync up throughout the campaign
  • Prepare daily & weekly dashboards that reveal the campaign performance
  • Client Presentations & Feedback

  • Analyze data to find quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Create compelling & insightful reports, empowering Clients to take superior decisions
  • Receive and act on Clients’ feedback for a win-win
  • Daily discipline of internal cadence to enhance campaign performance
  • Energise the entire team & excite with Client campaign results
  • Relationship Alchemy

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Brand / Client
  • Build personal reliability with Brand Managers, Digital Experts, CMOs, & media agencies
  • Understand Client’s goals, audience demographics & campaign objectives deeply
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Media Maven

  • Collaborate with internal teams—Technology & Content —to deliver exceptional results
  • Resolve any client concerns promptly, ensuring a delightful journey
  • Host media events, screenings, and influencer meet-ups
  • Must Have Skills :

    1. Good with Excel & Data Analytics

    2. Great with Powerpoint presentations

    3. Good with visualization & creation of Dashboards for Client campaigns

    4. Crisp, pleasant and clear interpersonal communication - verbal and written

    5. Relevant experience in handling Digital partnerships

    6. Low on ego, high on empathy & listening

    Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree

    Proficiency in data analysis, and media trends

    Ability to balance creativity with business acumen

    Proven experience in client servicing & success

    Great with collaboration skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    Note : This is a full time role based out of Gurgaon and is a Work from Office role

    Hiring Process :

    Each talent is onboarded through the Onboarding Top Talent (OTT), which has 5 steps :

  • First discussion - Get to know you a little
  • Time sensitive exercise followed by a discussion- (in person at parentune Gurgaon HQ)
  • Second discussion (in person with the Hiring Manager at parentune Gurgaon HQ)
  • Third discussion with the Founder -(in person at parentune Gurgaon HQ)
  • Interaction with the team - future collaborators - (in person at parentune Gurgaon HQ)
  • Some of these in-person rounds are done on the same day / visit. We finish the OTT process within 7-10 working days.

    Note : We work alternate Saturday half days.

    1st and 3rd Saturdays are half day working, 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off.
