• End-to-end supply chain design & optimization
• Transportation network design (inbound / outbound)
• Warehouse design and location strategy
• 3PL / 4PL evaluation and logistics outsourcing
• Freight cost optimization and routing
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP / IBP)
• Demand forecasting and inventory planning
• Capacity planning and production scheduling
• Lean manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles
• Inventory segmentation and classification (ABC / XYZ)
• Safety stock and reorder point calculations
• Inventory visibility and reduction strategies
• Supply chain risk identification and mitigation
• Continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
• Agile transformation in supply chain processes
• Identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
