Job descriptionOversee data center operations, cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP), networks, servers, and storage systems. Ensure high availability, DR / BCP readiness, and performance optimization. Manage IT asset lifecycle, vendors, and technology upgrades. Implement enterprise-wide IT security policies, firewalls, endpoint protection, and SIEM. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX). Establish ITIL-based service management frameworks. Monitor systems, resolve performance issues, and manage helpdesk operations. Ensure smooth end-user computing and collaboration environment. Lead transformation, cloud migration, and modernization projects. Align IT initiatives with business needs, manage budgets, and oversee procurement. Strong expertise in networking, virtualization, cloud, storage, and IT security. Proven hybrid cloud operations experience (Azure / AWS + On-prem). Strong leadership, vendor management, and technical decision-making skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capability. Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 15+ years in IT infrastructure management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
