Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and processes, and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and facilitating resolution of workplace issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and prepare reports on HR metrics as needed.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in performance management processes and provide guidance to managers.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar position.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Education
