Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager IT to lead and manage large-scale technology programs in the Corporate and Commercial Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking products, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and core banking systems, and will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring program delivery, and aligning technology initiatives with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale IT programs in Corporate and Commercial Banking.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including lending platforms, cash management, trade finance, treasury, and payment systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define program goals, scope, roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and timelines across multiple projects within the program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., RBI, SWIFT, Basel, ISO).
• Work with vendors and technology partners for solution implementation and integration.
• Provide governance through status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote Agile / Hybrid delivery models; drive consistent processes across teams.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, conflicts, or blockers across different work streams.
• Ensure effective communication with C-level stakeholders, business heads, and IT leadership.
