Lead - National Company Law Tribunal / National Company Law Appellate Tribunal

To lead and manage all legal matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), including those related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings, corporate restructuring, shareholder disputes, and mergers & amalgamations. The role ensures effective litigation strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk management for complex corporate and insolvency cases.

Key Focus Areas :

• Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings
• Corporate restructuring and resolution processes
• Shareholder disputes and cases under oppression & mismanagement
• Mergers, demergers, and amalgamation matters
