HR Business Partner

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer with 2–3 years of experience in core HR functions including recruitment, payroll and statutory compliance, contract labour management, HRIS, and industrial relations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to ensure effective implementation of HR processes and policies across the unit.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and final selection.
• Coordinate joining formalities, induction programs, and ensure proper documentation of new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HRIS for all personnel movements.

Payroll and Statutory Compliance

Contract Labour Management

HRIS and Employee Data Management

Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement

General HR Administration

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Industrial Relations.

Experience : 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
