Job descriptionTechnical Leadership : Providing high-level technical guidance for infrastructure and operations within the payments domain. Payments Infrastructure Focus : Specializing in the systems and services that handle ParentPay's financial transactions. Microsoft Technologies : Proficiency with Microsoft-based technologies is a key requirement. Service Delivery : Ensuring excellent service delivery and support for payment-related systems. Communication & Problem Solving : Translating customer or internal fault descriptions into effective technical resolutions. Meeting Facilitation : Leading technical or process forums, such as Change Advisory Boards (CABs).
