10-20 years of experience in administration and operations management.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in office software and operational management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and resource management.Skills Required
