Print Production Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Print Production Executive based in Gurgaon & Mumbai. The Print Production Executive is responsible for end-to-end preparation, formatting, and production of print-ready and digital publication files. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and visual excellence across all deliverables by managing layout, typography, artwork placement, and quality checks. The position requires strong coordination with internal teams to uphold production standards and meet project timelines.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Layout & Typesetting Excellence - Prepare, format and structure text, images, tables and other elements to ensure high-quality, visually consistent layouts across all pages.
• Design Software Proficiency - Work efficiently with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other DTP tools to create accurate print-ready and digital files.
• Quality Control & Error Management - Conduct thorough checks for typographical errors, formatting issues and design inconsistencies; implement corrections based on feedback.
• Project Coordination & Timely Delivery - Collaborate with HODs, project managers, designers and analysts to understand requirements and deliver multiple projects within deadlines.
• Technical Handling & Troubleshooting - Manage templates, style sheets, complex typesetting (equations, multilingual content), and resolve software or file-related issues.
