You’ll work across the stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.Tasks : Lead the design and development of full stack applications using Java , TypeScript , JavaScript , Angular or ReactArchitect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goalsDrive adoption of CI / CD , microservices , and cloud-native practicesMentor junior engineers and lead code reviewsContinuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainabilityProfessional Requirements and Expertise : 6+ years of experience in full stack developmentBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Java , TypeScript , JavaScript , Angular or ReactExperience with CI / CD , microservices , and cloud platformsGood to have : Familiarity with Docker , AWS , SQL / NoSQL , and AI / ML integrationPersonal Skills : Strong leadership and mentoring capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving and architectural thinkingCollaborative and proactive mindsetAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teamsGenuine motivation to contribute to 4flow’s success and alignment with company culture and values
