Lead Engineer - Build the core of India's next- gen NBFC engine

Role Overview :

Join us to lead the engineering technology behind our NBFC platform-where AI- augmented workflows become foundational. You'll define the technical roadmap, integrate AI tooling into daily engineering, and build scalable, compliant systems that empower digital lending.

What You'll Do :

• Architect, build, and maintain core backend / data systems for credit pipelines, risk engines, and transaction workflows-using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Roo, Cursor, prompt- based agents) to accelerate delivery.
• Ship rapidly with AI- powered MVPs; measure product impact, iterate based on feedback, and operationalize high- quality features.
• Own end- to- end delivery : from problem framing through design, code, deployment, monitoring, and iterations.
• Mentor and lead engineers-driving code quality, reviews, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross- functionally with credit, risk, product, and compliance teams to deliver technical solutions that align with regulatory requirements.
• Implement DevOps best practices, CI / CD pipelines, observability tools, and AI- enabled automation to reduce manual overhead and speed development cycles.
