Senior Executive - Purchase - SK

Role : Senior Procurement Executive (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase cycle : raise indents, issue RFQs, evaluate quotes, create and process Purchase Orders (POs), follow up on deliveries and generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
• Source, onboard and maintain relationships with vendors—negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs and annual rate agreements to drive cost savings and reliability.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and purchase registers; reconcile supplier invoices, ensure timely approvals and resolve discrepancies with finance.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment and collaborate with operations to prevent stock-outs and minimise holding costs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, GST / taxation documentation and internal audit requirements; support periodic vendor audits and performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives—identify cost optimisation opportunities, alternate suppliers, and process efficiencies to improve procurement KPIs.
