Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience in IT Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Shift Timings :

Evening Shift 5 : 00PM to 02 : 00AM IST (Non Negotiable, We work mostly with US customers in EST Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell Microsoft products and services, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure licenses.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products; hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
