Summary

The Client Service Delivery Manager : Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent and proactive communication. Manages client expectations and ensures satisfaction through timely delivery of services and resolution of issues. Ensures services are delivered in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs. Leads resolution efforts for major incidents and service disruptions. Drives initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for airline clients and help with their daily service needs and any system issues.
  • Lead the response when major problems or outages happen, working with different teams and sharing clear reports with clients.
  • Support sales and service disruptions, making sure everything runs smoothly with minimal impact.
  • Share important customer feedback and raise urgent product issues to help improve our services and tools.
  • Work with Account Managers to check billing details and help reduce any mistakes or disputes
