Role Description

• Align HR strategies, policies, and programs with business objectives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Design talent development, career progression, and succession planning programs.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee performance management and coach leaders for effective reviews.
• Support organizational change, leadership effectiveness, and capability building.
• Analyze HR data and report workforce insights to guide business decisions.
