About the Role :
We're looking for a commercial trailblazer who can shape the nationwide sales engine of a fast-growing consumer durable manufacturing brand. Someone who reads markets like poetry, negotiates like a seasoned strategist, and leads teams with sharp vision and a steady hand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the national sales strategy to drive revenue, volume growth, and market share across India.
2. Lead and mentor zonal / regional sales teams to achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
3. Build and strengthen the distribution network-modern trade, general trade, channel partners, and institutional clients.
4. Identify emerging markets, shifting consumer patterns, and new product opportunities.
5. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth planning and execution.
6. Drive key account management, dealer engagement, incentive structures, and territory planning.
7. Monitor sales forecasts, budgets, competitor activity, and market intelligence.
8. Ensure strong governance-pricing controls, credit management, compliance, and operational A minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Sales within Consumer Durables, Appliances, Electricals, or related sectors.
2. Proven success scaling national or large regional sales teams.
3. Strong command over distribution strategy, channel management, and retail trade dynamics.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
5. Data-driven thinking with the ability to convert insights into action.
6. MBA preferred but not mandatory for exemplary experience.
