Job description15–22 years of experience in large-scale sales leadership roles. Proven track record of managing a book size of ₹3,000+ Cr (or equivalent). Strong exposure to high-volume B2C sales in Real Estate, or Insurance. Deep understanding of sales P&L management and distributed team governance. Strategic thinker with hands-on operational agility and leadership presence.
Position Mandate
- Lead and manage a 300+ member sales organization across India.
- Drive business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies.
- Oversee P&L for national operations; deliver quarterly and annual targets.
- Build scalable sales frameworks, channel expansion, and digital enablement.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team on business planning.
- Establish strong performance metrics, motivation, and reward mechanisms.
