You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & SalesIdentify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients in IT, BFSI, and Professional Services.Map and engage decision-makers (CHROs, HR Heads, TA Leaders) .Deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and RFP responses .Revenue GrowthOwn monthly / quarterly sales targets and consistently achieve them.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline .Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.Relationship ManagementAct as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Work closely with recruitment / delivery teams for smooth execution.Expand share-of-wallet with existing accounts.Team CollaborationWork with the Sales Head to refine strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting.Mentor Sales Executives / Management Trainees on lead generation & client engagement.Key Deliverables (First 12 Months)Acquire 8–10 new mid-to-large enterprise clients .Deliver ₹3–5 Cr in annual billing .Maintain 80%+ client retention rate across managed accounts.Build a high-quality pipeline covering 2x–3x of sales targets .Contribute to sales playbooks, pricing models, and
