Network Support Engineer

Location -

Bengaluru, India

Required Tech Stack -

Routing, Switching, Wireless, Network Design & Deployment, Layer 1–4 Troubleshooting, Infrastructure as Code, API Automation, Customer-Facing Networking

YOE -

3+ years of experience in a network engineering role, not general IT support

Roles & Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across all layers (Layer 1–4)

Manage and support remote customer networks

Configure and maintain Routing, Switching, and Wireless Networks

Identify, document, and escalate product bugs

Create feature requests based on customer feedback

Use Infrastructure as Code and API automation for network tasks

Share expertise and mentor team members to build technical depth

Requirements for the role :

3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments

Strong expertise in Routing, Switching, and Wireless Networks across diverse environments

Experience trouble shooting and managing networks across all layers (Layer 1–4)

Background in Network Design, Deployment, and supporting complex customer networks

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, API automation, and light programming for network tasks

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Networking, or related field

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to mentor, document processes, and collaborate with teams.
