We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior / Lead UI / UX Designer with 7–12 years of proven expertise in user experience (UX), interaction design (IxD), and user interface (UI) development for complex web and mobile platforms. This role requires a design leader who can align business objectives with user needs, turning insights into elegant, intuitive, and scalable digital experiences.
You will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end design process—owning discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing. Your ability to lead design thinking sessions, drive consistency across product lines, and mentor other designers will be critical to our product success. The ideal candidate is not only hands-on but also comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction.
Job Responsibilities :
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
- Experience in working with a cross-functional team or large-scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies
- Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and be accountable for work
- Deep understanding of information design / architecture, gestalt principles, and user psychology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (the ability to effectively sell an idea)
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture
- Conduct and synthesize user research, interviews, and usability testing into actionable insights
- Develop wireframes, user flows, customer journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Drive consistency and best practices in UX / UI across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align design goals with business outcomes
- Champion the voice of the user and advocate for user-centered design across the organization
- Lead the design of user-centric solutions from concept to execution for both web and mobile platforms
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs
