Job descriptionDevelop and implement product design strategies that meet business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch successful consumer applications. Manage and mentor junior designers to improve their skills. Minimum 7+ years' experience in product design, launching successful consumer applications. Advanced UX principles, strategic thinking, and exceptional portfolio exhibiting systems design and Figma proficiency. Senior design roles at leading companies, designing for emerging markets or technical backgrounds.
We are seeking a visionary product designer to lead our expansion into new markets.
- This role offers the opportunity to define the end-to-end product design strategy for core products, collaborating with senior leadership to drive business objectives.
- Lead architectural design of user interfaces for mobile platforms (iOS / Android) and websites, managing a team of designers.
- Ideate user-centric design approaches addressing diverse cultural contexts within African markets.
