About the Role :

We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist  to help design, build, and optimize full-funnel marketing systems for our clients across social media, paid advertising, and CRM automation. This role blends creative marketing execution with deep technical knowledge of digital infrastructure — ideal for someone passionate about data-driven growth, automation, and results.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, launch, and manage  Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads  campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
• Set up and optimize  CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)  — including pipelines, automations, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Build and manage  sales funnels , landing pages, and appointment booking systems.
• Track and analyze  key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates)  and produce performance reports for clients.
• Implement  retargeting campaigns , SMS / email automation sequences, and A / B testing.
• Integrate marketing systems with tools like  Zapier ,  Meta Conversion API , and  Google Tag Manager .
• Collaborate on  ad creatives, copywriting, and technical setup  to ensure every campaign runs smoothly.
