We are looking for a Google & Meta Ad Specialist who will be responsible for leading and optimizing paid performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role is essential to driving new customer acquisition, improving ROI, and supporting full-funnel growth marketing initiatives across digital platforms.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Google and Meta Ads Specialist. The role is located in Bengaluru. The Google and Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, creating ad strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve results. The specialist will also work closely with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals, stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, and provide regular reports on campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and optimizing ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
• Skilled in creating ad strategies and conducting keyword research
• Proficient in analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
