About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer with a sharp growth mindset and proven experience driving revenue at scale for D2C / e-commerce brands . You’ll own performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads , managing full-funnel growth strategies to maximize efficiency, scale revenue, and enhance user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, PMax) campaigns across acquisition, retargeting, and retention funnels.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate improvements.
- Run structured creative and audience testing to identify top-performing assets and high-intent cohorts.
- Manage daily budgets, pacing, and scale decisions aligned with business goals and seasonal demand.
2. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV) and generate actionable insights.Build and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, Meta Events Manager, and Looker Studio .Analyze user journeys and drop-offs to identify optimization opportunities across landing pages and ad funnels.Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to improve attribution accuracy and event tracking.3. Strategic Growth Ownership
Design scalable paid media frameworks for new product launches and monthly growth initiatives.Partner with category and brand teams to translate business priorities into measurable performance outcomes.Identify new growth channels, bidding models, and automation opportunities across Google and Meta ecosystems.Develop and execute strategies for retargeting, cart recovery, and repeat purchase campaigns .4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the creative and design teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives based on performance data.Collaborate with the content, tech, and category teams to improve landing page experience and conversion rates.Coordinate with marketing leadership on weekly revenue forecasting, performance reviews, and optimization plans .Key Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads for D2C / e-commerce brands.Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably with monthly budgets of 2CrL+.Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, funnel analytics, and attribution models.Strong proficiency in GMC , GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Looker Studio .Data-first mindset with the ability to interpret numbers into actionable strategies.Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Prior exposure to Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns and Performance MaxNice to Have
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms .Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and creative analysis metrics.Interest or experience in health, wellness, or lifestyle consumer categories .What You’ll Get
