Job descriptionPlan and execute educational projects in collaboration with the management team. Prepare and manage batch schedules and ensure timely project completion. Mobilize students through outreach, awareness sessions, and follow-ups. Coordinate with families, schools, and community stakeholders to support student learning journeys. Work closely with internal teams (HR, IT, Admin) for seamless project operations. Collect and maintain accurate student data, fee records, and documentation. Monitor student attendance and follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp groups. Organize PTMs, student orientation sessions, and feedback meetings. Collect written / video testimonials and track student success stories. Monitor class quality, batch performance, and training effectiveness. Suggest and implement improvements based on feedback and project goals. Ensure compliance with DBM’s operational, accounting, and documentation standards. Conduct regular sessions and monthly alumni meets. Foster continued learning and mentorship with alumni. Document alumni interactions and gather success stories and media. Maintain digital records and regularly update data on shared drives. Submit weekly / monthly progress reports to management. Excellent teaching and facilitation skills with subject expertise Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred) Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined Ability to connect with young learners and inspire them Committed to DBM’s mission of empowerment through education Team player with leadership potential
Job Title : Trainers cum Coordinators (Maths / Science / English / Commerce / Biology)
Subjects : At least one or more of the above subjects
Location : Deonar and Bandra West
Work Schedule : 8 hours / day, 6 days / week
Salary : As per industry standards
About the Role
We are seeking committed and skilled Trainers cum Coordinators with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching to lead classroom instruction and coordinate educational projects. The ideal candidate will take ownership of both training delivery and project coordination, ensuring impactful learning and smooth execution of initiatives under DBM India's education programs, particularly Project Udaan.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Instruction (Primary Focus)
- Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions in one or more core subjects : Maths, Science, English, Commerce, or Biology.
- Design, develop, and update course content and lesson plans based on project needs and student profiles.
- Utilize innovative and interactive teaching methodologies tailored to youth and adolescent learners.
- Ensure consistent attendance and active participation of students in sessions.
- Track learning outcomes and student progress using assessments, assignments, and feedback tools.
- Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Mentor and motivate students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment sessions as required.
- Support students with exam preparation and skill development.
