What You’ll Do

• Own and scale Emergent’s affiliate marketing program end-to-end.
• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates, publishers, and strategic partner networks.
• Negotiate partnerships, commission structures, and promotional opportunities to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate campaign performance across clicks, conversions, and payouts.
• Analyze performance data to recommend growth strategies and improve CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Prepare weekly / monthly dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align affiliate activities with overall growth goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative tactics to drive word-of-mouth and revenue growth.
