Job Purpose :
- To contribute to end to end design, roll out and processing of incentives and rewards.
- To drive execution of SFE programs across the markets.
Key Accountabilities :
Incentive Design & Policy Understanding
Knowledge about Pharma field management, Expertise in incentive architectur, iincluding qualifying criteria, payout structures, and exception handling.Data Management & Processing
Proficiency in data validation, consolidation, and reconciliation (e.g., matching sales data with finance numbers).Proficiency in MS Excel skills – data management, reporting and dashboard generation.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to perform root cause analysis for discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations.Compliance & Documentation
Knowledge of SOPs for incentive governance, exception approvals, and audit readiness.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Coordination with finance, HR, and regional teams for timely incentive processing and alignment.Qualification :
Graduate or Master degree with at least 4 years of experience
Pharma Background is preferred
SFE & Commercial Excellence knowledge is desirable.
