Job Description -
Drive revenue growth by selling SAP Solutions and services – particularly SAP S / 4HANA (RISE & GROW) Projects Implementations, Migrations, Managed services and consulting services. Selling SAP BTP and AI services. Act as a trusted advisor to customers on their digital transformation journey.
Job Profile – Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Solution selling
Develop and execute a territory / account plan to achieve Sales objectives.Identify key industries and target accounts for RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, BTP, Managed services and AI offerings.Highlight end-to-end Digital transformation use cases (finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, etc.).2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (C-level, IT, and business leaders).Act as a strategic advisor to customers by understanding their challenges, digital maturity, and transformation goals.Lead solution discovery sessions and product demos in collaboration with Pre-Sales.3 . Pipeline Management & Forecasting
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.Use CRM tools (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.Drive end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation → qualification → proposal → closure.4 . Market & Product Knowledge
