We are seeking experienced
Oracle HRMS Technical Consultants
with strong expertise in
Payroll Integration
to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Applications, with a primary focus on
Payroll and Core HR modules .
Key Responsibilities
Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of
Oracle HRMS Applications R12 .
Work extensively on
Payroll Integration, Core HR Integration, and HRMS Data Conversions .
Develop and customize solutions using
PL / SQL, Fast Formulas, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Interfaces .
Create and maintain
XML / RDF Reports
and support HRMS-related data conversions.
Handle
Payroll Processing
including Prepayment, Costing, and Transfer to GL.
Perform extensions, customizations, and personalizations as per business needs.
Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Required Skills & Expertise
8+ years of experience
in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (R12).
Strong hands-on experience in :
Oracle Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management
PL / SQL, Fast Formulas, XML / RDF Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Interfaces
Proven expertise in
Payroll Integration and Processing .
Strong programming skills in
SQL & PL / SQL
(Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers).
Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership for HRMS projects.
