Location : Pan India | Job Type : Responsibilities :

• Business Development & Sales : Identify, engage, and acquire mid and large corporate clients for insurance solutions.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in corporate organizations. Understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
• Promote SME and corporate insurance products, including fire, marine, liability, employee benefits (EB), and non-employee benefits (Non-EB).
• Sales Targets & Performance : Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insightful recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
• Proposal & Contract Management : Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Customer Retention & Upselling : Focus on customer retention and explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue Graduation or Masters degree in any stream with 5 to 15 Years of experience
• Proficiency and fluency in English, Hindi, and any other local language are preferable.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
