Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished

AD – Projects

to lead and oversee all project execution and delivery activities in the Bangalore region. This senior leadership role requires managing multiple large-scale, complex interior fit-out projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong leadership capabilities to drive the region’s growth.

Role Highlights

Lead multiple large-scale interior fit-out projects end-to-end

Ensure quality, safety, timelines, and budget compliance

Mentor & manage project managers, engineers, and site teams

Drive operational excellence, client satisfaction & stakeholder relationships

What We’re Looking For

12–18 years of experience in interior fit-outs / construction

Strong leadership and client management skills

Proven track record of delivering projects worth ₹10 crore+

Degree in Civil / Architecture; PMP / Green Building certifications preferred
