Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer at EKALASAALA in Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

• Technical Trainers and Technical Training skills
• Training & Development and Training skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in creating training materials
• Ability to assess training effectiveness
• Knowledge of instructional design principles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to assess training needs and customize training content
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Education, etc.)
• Certifications in Training or related fields are a plus
