Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

Job Summary :

SAP Basis role : Candidate should able to manage and guide a team of 10–15 L1 & L2 consultants across shifts. The role involves end-to-end SAP Basis administration, team leadership, and operational excellence in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage shift operations for a team of 10–15 SAP Basis consultants
• Deliver SAP Basis support across S / 4HANA, Business Suite, EWM, and associated landscapes
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management (ChaRM / CTMS)
• Handle data growth analysis, security updates, deletion / partitioning, system refreshes, and upgrades
• Manage SAP HANA, including performance optimization and troubleshooting across ERP, BW, BW4HANA
• Drive incident and change management in line with ITIL practices
• Create and maintain shift rosters, ensure task allocation and productivity improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure planning, system sizing, HA / DR strategies
• Maintain system documentation, support IT audits, and ensure compliance
• Provide RCA, support patching, upgrades, and kernel / database maintenance
• Train junior consultants and ensure knowledge sharing within the team
