We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who can help us expand our client base, forge partnerships, and drive new revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Identify and approach potential clients across diverse industries (Tech, Energy, Real Estate, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.)

Pitch The BlackBox Talent ’s unique recruitment and AI-assessment solutions to decision-makers (Founders, HR Heads, and Hiring Managers)

Generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals

Negotiate and close deals — you earn a commission for every successful client engagement

Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their talent needs and providing value-driven solutions

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in Recruitment Sales / HR Tech / B2B Services / Consulting preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Strong LinkedIn networking and lead-generation capabilities

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset — able to work independently and remotely

Passion for helping businesses hire smarter, faster, and bette
