We are hiring for one of our client who is blending premium design, European aesthetics, and unapologetic authenticity in mens underwear space and launching a new brand in India.
To scale our D2C and e-commerce footprint — and we're looking for a dynamic Sales & D2C Growth Executive to help us grow.
What You'll Do
- Manage and drive D2C sales performance across our website and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.).
- Coordinate day-to-day with our external digital marketing & performance agency to ensure sales targets and campaign goals are achieved.
- Track and analyze sales data, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics — and turn insights into action.
- Support inventory, pricing, and promotions planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, distributors, and online channels.
- Work closely with founders on sales forecasts, launch plans, and performance reviews.
Who You Are
4-6 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C / brand sales — ideally in apparel, lifestyle, or FMCG.Strong understanding of Shopify / marketplaces / Meta Ads / Google Analytics .Excellent communication and coordination skills — especially managing agencies and cross-functional teams.Startup mindset : hands-on, data-driven, agile.Passion for style, branding, and consumer experience.What We Offer
